Terms of service

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms of service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and SaaSMaestro (“SaaSMaestro”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the SaaSMaestro website, application and related services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, accepting an invitation to a workspace, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy.

If you use SaaSMaestro on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation.

Contents

1. The Service

SaaSMaestro brings Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data for multiple websites into a single dashboard. It syncs metrics from the Google accounts you connect, highlights trends and possible issues, and lets you create notes, exports and scheduled email reports. Features may differ over time as we develop the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

3. Workspaces and team members

Sites, connections, notes and reports belong to a workspace. The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins can invite others and assign roles that control what they can see and do:

The workspace owner is responsible for the workspace, including who is invited, what their role is, and making sure every member follows these Terms. Anything a member does in a workspace is treated as done on the owner’s behalf. If you’re invited to a workspace, the owner controls the data in it and may remove you or change your role at any time.

If an owner deletes their account, they must first hand over any workspace shared with other members. Workspaces with no other members are deleted along with their data.

4. Connecting Google accounts

5. Your data

Ownership. You (or the workspace owner) keep all rights in the data you connect, upload or create in SaaSMaestro, including analytics metrics, notes and report content (“Customer Data”). We don’t claim ownership of it.

Licence to us. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our privacy policy. This licence ends when the data is deleted from the Service, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period or as required by law.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the legality of Customer Data and for having all rights, permissions and notices needed for us to process it, including any obligations you have to visitors of your own websites.

Data protection. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your documented instructions as given through your use of the Service, keep it confidential and secure, and help you meet your obligations as described in our privacy policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.

Exports. You can export site data as CSV and reports as PDF at any time while your account is active. We recommend keeping your own copies of anything important.

Aggregated information. We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the Service is used (for example, how many sites are synced or how often features are used) to operate and improve it. These statistics never identify you, your workspace, your sites or your Google data.

6. Reports and emails

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:

8. Fees

SaaSMaestro is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or usage limits in future. If we do, we will give account owners at least 30 days’ notice and explain the options before anything you use is charged for. You will never be charged without first agreeing to the price and any additional terms that apply.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the SaaSMaestro name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Reports and exports you generate may be shared freely with your intended recipients, including clients.

10. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you. We appreciate it.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to services provided by others, most importantly Google Analytics and Google Search Console. We aren’t responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We work hard to keep SaaSMaestro available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or events outside our control. Google’s APIs may impose quotas, delays or outages that affect syncing.

We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a significant feature you rely on, or decide to discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice where we can (at least 30 days for discontinuation) so you can export your data.

13. Accuracy of data and insights

Metrics in SaaSMaestro come from Google and may differ from what you see in Google’s own interfaces because of processing delays, sampling, thresholding, time zones, data freshness or how figures are aggregated. Issue detection, trends and checklist suggestions are automated and indicative only. They may miss problems or flag things that aren’t problems. You should verify important figures in the source tools and use your own judgment before making business decisions.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

16. Indemnity

If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from Customer Data, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, including claims by people who receive reports you schedule or whose sites you connect.

17. Suspension and termination

By you. You can stop using SaaSMaestro at any time and delete your account from your profile page. You can also leave a workspace, or remove sites and Google connections whenever you like.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, or a workspace’s access, if you materially breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service, other users or third parties at risk, if required by law, or if Google revokes our access to its APIs. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first; for serious or repeated breaches we may act immediately. We may also delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months, after emailing you at least 30 days in advance.

Effect. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops and we delete your data as described in our privacy policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including your data, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) continue to apply.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes in law. We will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you don’t agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account before they take effect; continuing to use it afterwards means you accept them.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in, and benefit from the mandatory laws of, the country where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
