The short version of how SaaSMaestro works, what it can see and who it’s for.
A Google account with access to the GA4 properties and Search Console sites you want to track. Connect it once and SaaSMaestro finds every property you can see, so you can add them all in one go.
Read the full guide: Quick start guideYes. SaaSMaestro is free while it’s in beta, with no limit on websites and up to 5 workspaces of your own. If paid plans are ever introduced, you’ll get at least 30 days’ notice first.
As many as you run. The whole point is seeing them all in one view, whether that’s 3 side projects or 60 client sites, across as many Google accounts as you use.
Read the full guide: Adding and importing websitesOnly if the Google OAuth setup box on your workspace’s Data connections tab says it isn’t configured. Each workspace has its own OAuth client, though one Google Cloud project can serve them all, and the setup window walks you through it in five steps.

Read the full guide: Adding and importing websitesNo. Either one is enough. With both, SaaSMaestro can tell a broken tracking tag from a real drop in traffic, because Search Console clicks carry on when GA4 stops recording.

Sixteen: English, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish, Japanese, Korean and Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Pick one in Settings → General, or leave it on Automatic to follow your browser.

Read the full guide: Connecting Google accountsThe first sync imports up to 5 years of GA4 history and about 16 months of Search Console data (all that Search Console keeps), so year-over-year comparisons and long-term trends work from day one. After that, data refreshes automatically every six hours.
Read the full guide: How syncing and history workEvery website is synced automatically every six hours. Each sync re-reads the last 10 days, because Google revises recent Search Console figures. You can also click “Sync now” on a website’s page at any time.
Read the full guide: How syncing and history workToday isn’t over, so a partial day would always look like a drop. Search Console also reports a few days late, so SaaSMaestro trims the same number of days from both periods to keep comparisons fair.
Read the full guide: How syncing and history work“Visitors” in SaaSMaestro means GA4 sessions, not users, and the period always ends yesterday. GA4 can also apply thresholds or sampling in its own reports. Daily totals for the same dates and metric should match.

Read the full guide: Connecting Google accountsIts token is revoked at Google and removed. Websites that used it keep all their history but stop updating until you link them to another account or reconnect.
Read the full guide: Connecting Google accountsIt hasn’t synced within the “Flag data as stale after (hours)” setting, which is 48 hours by default. The usual cause is a Google account whose access was revoked or expired; reconnecting it fixes that.
Read the full guide: Fixing connection and data problemsNo. It only receives the aggregated daily totals and top-lists that Google’s reporting APIs provide. No event-level or personal visitor data is requested or stored.

Each home page is checked every 15 minutes, outages are confirmed from other regions, and the Google tag, robots.txt and sitemap are checked daily. SSL certificates, domain registration, DNS and email security, blacklists, security headers, lab performance, key pages and heartbeats are separate services there, each switched on in its own dialog.
