Any ready-made report can be emailed automatically, to your team or to clients. A report can have several schedules, for example one per client.
Create a schedule
- Open Reports and click “Schedule” on a report card.
- Fill in the form below and click Save.
- Use “Preview email” to check what recipients will get, and “Send now” if you want to send one straight away.
| Field | Options |
|---|---|
| Schedule name | Your own label, such as the client’s name. |
| Frequency | Weekly (Mondays) or Monthly (1st). |
| Audience | Internal team or Client-facing. |
| Websites | Whole workspace, which includes websites added later, or the websites you tick. Tick a group to select all its websites. |
| Include | Tables and graphs, tables only or graphs only. |
| Recipients | Email addresses separated by commas, semicolons or spaces. Starts with your own address. |
| Include action plan tasks / alerts | Adds the outstanding issues and actions. On by default. |
| Active | Untick to pause the schedule without deleting it. |
When reports are sent
- Weekly reports go out on Mondays at 08:00 UTC and cover the last 7 days.
- Monthly reports go out on the 1st at 08:00 UTC and cover the last 28 days.
Both compare against the period before. The report card shows the next delivery in your own time zone. Emails are written in the workspace owner’s language.
Client-facing reports
With the audience set to Client-facing, the email has no button linking into SaaSMaestro, and issues are listed as “Points to review” without the internal suggested fixes. The Client update and Work completed reports are written with clients in mind.
For a live page clients can check whenever they like, see Sharing with client links.
Editing, pausing and deleting
Click “Edit schedule” on the report card to open its schedules. From there you can edit, pause, send now, delete or add another schedule. Owners, admins and members can manage schedules; viewers can preview them.
A report didn’t arrive
