Most day-to-day changes are a right-click away in the sidebar’s list of websites.
The sidebar list
Each website shows its icon and a status dot: green for connected, red for a connection problem and grey when no data source is linked.
- Star a website to keep it at the top of lists. Stars are personal, so everyone can have their own.
- Drag websites to reorder them, or focus one and press Alt + ↑ / ↓. The order is yours alone and is kept per workspace.
- Resize the sidebar by dragging its edge. Double-click the edge to reset it.
The right-click menu
Right-click a website in the sidebar for: Open, Open in new tab, See report, Download PDF report, Add to favourites, Include in or Exclude from reports, Rename…, Change chart colour…, Use automatic colour, Edit settings, Sync now and Delete website…. Viewers see the editing items greyed out.
Excluding a website from reports
Click the eye icon next to a website, or use the menu. An excluded website is left out of workspace totals, insights, the action plan, reports and client links, which is useful for test sites or websites you no longer manage. Its own page keeps working and its data keeps syncing.
This applies to the whole team, so only owners, admins and members can change it.
Editing a website
Open the website and click “Edit” to change its name, domain, colour, group, key metric, tags or data sources. Renaming also changes the website’s address in SaaSMaestro. Changing a data source imports that source’s full history again.

All websites lists every website with its group and tags, key metric, GA4 and Search Console sources and when it last synced, with an Edit link on each row.
Removing a website
Use “Delete website…” in the menu, or “Remove website from workspace” at the bottom of the Edit page. This deletes the website and everything stored for it: daily figures, notes, actions and monitoring history. It can’t be undone. Your Google properties are not affected.
If you only want to hide a website from totals and reports, exclude it instead of deleting it.
