The Reports page has nine ready-made reports. Open any of them to view it for any period, or schedule it to be emailed.
The reports
| Report | What it covers | Suggested for |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace summary | Visitors, search clicks and conversions across every website, each against the previous period, with trends and share of visitors. | Weekly, internal |
| Client update | Plain-language headline numbers, highlights and a table per website. | Monthly, client |
| Top movers | The biggest risers and fallers, sustained growth and each website’s contribution to the change. | Weekly, internal |
| Issues & alerts | Every open issue by urgency, type and website. | Weekly, internal |
| Search performance | Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position per website, and searches your domains compete for. | Weekly, internal |
| Conversions | Conversions and conversion rate per website, plus possible tracking problems. | Monthly, internal |
| Action plan | Suggested actions by priority and website, what’s been done and the weekly checklist. | Weekly, internal |
| Work completed | Actions completed and notes added in the period, the change measured since each, and what’s still open. | Monthly, client |
| Data health | Connection status for every data source and how many days old each website’s latest data is. | Weekly, internal |
Search performance is hidden when Search Console data is switched off for the workspace, and Conversions when conversions are switched off. Star a report to move it to the front.
Viewing a report
Reports follow the period and group filters, like the rest of SaaSMaestro. Switch between the Table view and the Graphs view at the top. Unless the report is about issues already, it ends with the important changes and outstanding issues for the period.
Arranging the layout
In the Graphs view, use “Move up” and “Move down” on each block to change the order. Blocks resize themselves to fill each row. Your layout is saved for you alone, per report and per workspace. “Reset layout” restores the original order.
Leaving websites out
Websites excluded from reports (the eye icon in the sidebar) never appear in reports. To report on a subset, use the group filter, or choose specific websites in a schedule. See Scheduling email reports.
PDF reports
PDF downloads are available for each website from its Export menu. See Website pages and exports.
