The Insights page looks across every website for problems and patterns you’d miss checking them one at a time. It appears once a Google account is connected.
The summary strip
Counts of critical, high and medium issues, how many websites are growing, and how many have grown for four weeks or more.
Websites requiring attention
Every website with an open issue, worst first. See Issue checks and severities for the full list of checks.
Tracking failure or real loss?
When traffic drops, the first question is whether visitors really left or GA4 just stopped counting them. SaaSMaestro compares the last three days with the 28 days before, checking GA4 against Search Console:
| Diagnosis | When it’s given |
|---|---|
| Tracking failure (confirmed) | GA4 visitors fell below 15% of normal while Google clicks stayed at 60% or more of normal. |
| Likely tracking failure | The same GA4 collapse, but there’s too little Search Console data to confirm it. |
| Conversion tracking | Conversions fell below 10% of normal over a week while visitors held up. |
| Genuine decline | Both visitors and search clicks fell by more than your alert thresholds. |
| Search decline | Search clicks fell by more than the threshold. |
| Non-search decline | Visitors fell but search clicks didn’t, so the loss is from other channels. |
| Connection broken / Stale data | The numbers can’t be trusted because the data isn’t up to date. |
Traffic and conversion changes
The five biggest risers and fallers, plus websites whose conversion rate shifted by 15% or more.
Sustained growth
A website shows sustained growth when each of the last four full weeks beat the four weeks before by at least your “Growing” threshold, allowing one small dip. Streaks are counted up to 12 weeks. These are the websites worth investing more in.
How concentrated the workspace is
How much depends on a few things: the top three searches’ share of clicks, the biggest website by visitors and by conversions, and the biggest channel. Anything at 50% or more is shown in red as a risk.
Query overlap and the search footprint
Query overlap lists searches where two or more of your domains appear, which can mean they compete with each other. “Full search footprint →” opens a page with every shared search, how many of your websites reach page one for it and which one leads. It’s built from each website’s top 100 searches and needs Search Console data to be shown.
Suggested actions and the checklist
The most important actions are listed with Done and Dismiss buttons; the full list is in the action plan. At the bottom is the weekly review checklist. See The weekly review checklist.
