Each workspace has its own team. Invite people under Settings → your workspace → Team access and give each one a role.
Roles
- Owner: the person who created the workspace. Full control; can’t be removed.
- Admin: full control, including settings, the team and Google connections.
- Member: can edit websites, notes, groups, actions and reports, but not workspace settings or the team.
- Viewer: read-only.

Inviting someone
- Click “+ Invite someone”.
- Enter their email address and choose Admin, Member or Viewer.
- Send the invitation.
If they already have a SaaSMaestro account, they get access straight away and an email to let them know. Otherwise they get an invitation with a sign-up link that’s valid for 30 days, and the invitation shows as waiting until they register. Pending invitations can be cancelled.
Changing or removing someone
Click a member to edit their name or role, view their activity in the access log, or remove them from the workspace. Removing someone doesn’t delete their SaaSMaestro account or their other workspaces.
Changing the owner
The owner’s role can’t be changed directly. When an owner deletes their account, they choose a new owner for each workspace that other people use. If you just want someone else to run the workspace, making them an admin gives them the same control day to day.
Clients
To give a client access, you can invite them as a viewer in a workspace of their own, send them scheduled reports, or share a client link, which needs no account at all. See Sharing with client links.
