SaaSMaestro brings Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data for all your websites onto one screen. This guide takes you from a new account to a workspace that updates itself.
Before you start
- A Google account that can see the GA4 properties and Search Console sites you want to track. Viewer access in GA4 and Restricted access in Search Console is enough.
- An authenticator app on your phone, for two-factor authentication (optional, but recommended).
Set up your workspace
- Create your account and confirm your email address. You start with a personal workspace named after you; you can rename it later.
- Connect a Google account. On the welcome screen, click “Connect a Google account” and approve read-only access. If SaaSMaestro says Google sign-in isn’t set up yet, follow Setting up the Google OAuth client first.
- Import your websites. Click “Import websites”. SaaSMaestro pairs each Search Console site with the GA4 property for the same domain, and ticks every new one. Untick any you don’t want, then click “Import selected”.
- Wait for the first sync. A progress bar shows each website loading. Up to 5 years of GA4 history and about 16 months of Search Console data are imported, so comparisons work straight away.
- Organise. Put related websites into groups, star the ones you check most and drag them into your preferred order in the sidebar.
- Turn on two-factor authentication from the banner at the top of the page, or under Profile.
