Your name, email address and password are managed on the Profile page.
Changing your name or email
Edit them under Profile information and save. If you change your email address, we send a verification link to the new address.
Changing your password
- Enter your current password and the new one twice.
- We email you a confirmation link. The change only takes effect once you click it.
- The link is valid for 60 minutes. Until you click it, your old password keeps working.
This stops someone who briefly has access to your signed-in browser from locking you out.
Forgotten your password?
Click “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page and enter your email address. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. If two-factor authentication is on, you’ll still need your code to sign in afterwards.
Sign-in protection
Repeated wrong passwords or codes are blocked for a while, and after several failed attempts on your account we email you. If you get that email and it wasn’t you, change your password.
Sensitive changes, such as connecting Google accounts or changing two-factor settings, ask for your password again if you haven’t entered it in the last 15 minutes.
The security log
Owners and admins can open Settings → your workspace → Security log. It lists sign-ins, failed attempts, two-factor changes, Google connections and team changes, with the time, person and IP address. Filter by person or type of event. Entries are kept for 365 days.
The side panel shows whether each member has two-factor authentication on or off.
Deleting your account
At the bottom of the Profile page, choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
- Workspaces only you use are deleted with their websites, data and notes.
- For each workspace other people use, you choose one of its members as the new owner first. Those workspaces carry on without you.
Deleting your account can’t be undone. To keep a copy of a website’s data, export its CSV first.
