Issue checks and severities

Every check SaaSMaestro runs, the rule behind it and how serious it is.

SaaSMaestro checks every website each time it analyses the workspace. This page lists every check, when it fires and how serious it is.

Severity levels

LabelMeaning
CriticalAct now: data is being lost or the website is broken. Emailed to owners and admins.
HighDeal with it this week: a significant drop or a problem that will get worse.
MediumKeep an eye on it: an early warning or a smaller change.
InfoIdeas and tips rather than problems.

The drop percentages below use your workspace’s alert thresholds; the defaults are shown. Owners and admins can change them, as described in Alerts and notification emails.

Handling an issue

Every issue is also an action. Mark it done once fixed, or dismiss it if it doesn’t apply. See Using the action plan.

Google ranking updates

When search clicks fall, or visitors and clicks fall together, during a core, helpful content or reviews update that Google announced, the issue names the update and its dates. Updates are also marked on the charts with 🔎. The list comes from the Google Search Status Dashboard and is refreshed daily. Turn it off under Workspace basics → What to show.
